TECHNOXIDE is high quality, general purpose oxidized bitumen for various applications.

Intended Use

Foundation damp-proofing.
Built-up roofing systems.
Roll and pour application of bitumen felts.
Bonding of SBS modified membranes by hot mop method.
Sealing of laps and joints of various bituminous felts and membranes.
Wet area waterproofing.
Bonding of wooden boards insulation panels.
Road resurfacing and repair.

Completely water resistant.
Highly flexible & durable.
Chemically very stable.

Method of Application

Heat the drum until the TECHNOXIDE starts melting at approximately 130°C. Apply by roller. Squeegee or direct rolling to an average rate of 1Kg/sq. m.
For hot mop application. The membrane should be applied while pouring to avoid re-cooling.
