DAMPBLOCKĀ is asphalt saturated damp proof course (DPC), manufactured in an advanced continuous calendaring process by fully saturating a reinforced compound base materials which act as a carrier with oxidized bitumen on both sides & coated with fine sand as upper & lower surfaces.

Major Features :

  • Flexible for quick & easy installation
  • Fine sand is applied to both surfaces to reduce sticking

Uses :

  • Damp proofing course layer
  • Waterproofing of simple works : ( substrates – retaining walls – foundations – bridge decks & wet areas )
  • Many other purposes where high strength is required

Method of Application :

  • Hot Mopping method using Technoxide oxidized bitumen
  • Mechanical fastening if used as underlay

Storage & Handling :

DAMPBLOCK rolls should be kept in an upright position in a flat, properly ventilated and shaded storage area.
