Technobit Hot Applied Crack sealant

1.Surface / Joint Preparation:

The joints and cracks to be sealed must be clean and dry. Dust, dirt, and laitance should be removed immediately.

2.Sealant Application:

• Before sealant application, procedures under Surface and Joint Preparation section should be followed.

• TECHNOBIT HOT APPLIED CRACK SEALANT Shall be heated in appropriate double jacketed kettle with automatic heat controlling device to avoid overheating.

• Heat the product to maximum tempreture of 200 °C.

• Make sure the application equipment must be capable of flattening ahead of sealant over the prepared crack if it has been over filled.

• Cracks with greater than 30 mm width shall not be sealed.

• Leave the sealed surface to cool down for 1 hour before opening to traffic.
