Description :

TECHNOBIT PRIMER WB TS3 R is a flexible rubberized bitumen emulsion that produces an elastic, vapour proof and waterproof film which can withstand movements and will not crack under severe weather conditions. TECHNOBIT PRIMER WB TS3 R Conforms to ASTM Standard C-836 / C-309 , D-1227.

Uses :

• A thick, elastic sulphate resistant underground protection membrane for all concrete substructure including foundations, basements, retaining walls, bridges etc.
• An excellent waterproofing coating for wet areas: Bathrooms, Showers and Kitchens.
• Can be used as a waterproofing sandwich between concrete.
• A good bonding layer for a variety of insulation boards, that are to be bonded to porous surfaces.
• Acts as a bonding compound and rendering key.
• Can be used as a crack filler in asphalt and concrete surfaces when mixed with fine sand.

Method of Application :

• The surface to be coated must be free from dirt, debris, oil and scale and saturated with water. Remove excess water.
• Stir TECHNOBIT PRIMER WB TS3 R thoroughly before use .
• Prime the surface with a 1:1 solution of TECHNOBIT PRIMER WB TS3 R  in fresh clean water. Allow the primed surface to become touch dry. Then apply an undiluted coat of TECHNOBIT PRIMER WB TS3 R  with the use of a brush, squeegee or roller.
• It is recommended to apply subsequent coats at an interval of 24 hours although this might be shortened depending on ambient temperatures.
• TECHNOBIT PRIMER WB TS3 R is designed as a primer+single coat application. However, 2 or more top coats can be applied if desired.

Health & Safety : 

As with all chemical products, care should be taken during use and storage to avoid contactwith foodstuffs, skin, eyes and mouth. If accidentally ingested, immediately seek prompt medical attention. Do not induce vomiting and give copious amounts of water to drink.
Keep away from children and animals. Reseal containers after use. Always wear protective clothing and eye protection.

Packing :

TECHNOBIT PRIMER WB TS3 R is packaged in ( 15L, 18L ) pails and ( 170L, 200L ) drums.

Storage :

• Varies with product and climatic conditions but is usually in excess of 12 months.
• Keep out of direct sunlight.
