Durability Properties :

TECTEX NW have to be covered within 15 days from the installation. The maternal can be
exposed to sunlight but the degradation of mechanical properties depending on the season and
on the latitude. The durability forecast is for minimum 5 years in natural ground with a 4<Ph<9
and soil temperature <25ºc

Functions:

– Separation
TECTEX NW acts to separate two layers of soil that have different
particle size distributions.

–Filtration
TECTEX NW acts as a sand filter by allowing water to move through
the soil while retaining all upstream soil particles.

–Protection
TECTEX NW acts to preventing or limiting local damage on material,
element or other geosynthetic

Quality management :

– A quality management system according to the standard EN ISO 9001:2008 is used by
Technobit with the objective to achieve the complete customer satisfaction. An internal
laboratory leads the quality control procedures for all the existing range and for the
development of all the new products. Round- robin tests and constant co-operation
with extemal laboratories are a guarantee of an optimized quality control system.

–TECHNOBIT products are tested at random intervals by independent laboratories to
international standards and the results of these tests are available on request. In
addition, each batch manufactured is subject to strict quality control procedures to
ensure it meets appropriate and applicable standards
