Quality Control Engineer
Description
  •  Review all the projects’ specifications related to the scope of work.
  •  Inspection the executed works against the project specifications and quality control standards and procedures.
  • Inspection of all the delivered materials to ensure that they completely match with the approved materials as well as the project specifications.
  •  Inspection and closing the Non-conformance report (NCR) Internal or those issued by the consultant.
  •  Participation in the preparation of the project method of statement, QC Procedures inspection and test plans according to the project Quality Plan.
  • Checking and forwarding the daily inspection request to the client after carrying out the internal inspection.
  • Co-ordination with the client’s inspection team for final and approved inspections.
  • Co-ordination with the specification  engineers to arrange daily inspection program.
  • Preparation of the daily inspection report and submit it to the SR QCE/Quality Control Manager.
  • Checking and making sure that the work is executed in accordance with the latest approved drawings.
  • Preparing check list for any discrepancies or non-conformance activities to follow up and submit it to the SR QCE/Quality Manager.
  • Checking on Hold points.
  • Issuing NCR whenever a non- conformance has been found.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,  Polymer Science (or related technical discipline) is preferred.
  • Candidates with other relevant industry experience may be considered Understanding and application of statistical methods required.
  • Practical understanding of equipment maintenance.
  • Males Only.
